These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial transactions and business relationships between Atlas Agro Trade SARL and its clients, suppliers, and business partners. Atlas Agro Trade SARL is a legally registered Moroccan Société à Responsabilité Limitée (SARL) managed by Mr. Sidi Achraf Hammouch.
By entering into any commercial agreement with Atlas Agro Trade SARL, you acknowledge and accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
All quotations and proforma invoices issued by Atlas Agro Trade SARL are valid for a period of fifteen (15) calendar days from the date of issuance, unless otherwise specified in writing. Prices and availability are subject to market fluctuations, seasonality, and harvest conditions. A quotation does not constitute a binding commitment until formally accepted by both parties in writing.
Bank account details are communicated exclusively through official proforma and commercial invoices. We strongly advise all partners to verify banking information directly with Mr. Sidi Achraf Hammouch on +1 929.424.1505 before making any payment.
An order shall be considered accepted only upon receipt of written confirmation from Atlas Agro Trade SARL. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Order acceptance is subject to product availability, regulatory compliance, and satisfactory credit or payment terms.
All prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD) or Euros (EUR) as specified on the proforma invoice. Accepted payment methods include Letter of Credit (L/C), advance wire transfer (T/T), and other arrangements agreed in writing. Banking details are provided exclusively on official commercial documents issued to confirmed partners.
Late payments shall incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Atlas Agro Trade SARL reserves the right to suspend future shipments pending resolution of outstanding payments.
All deliveries are made under the Incoterms® 2020 rules as specified in the confirmed invoice. Standard terms include: FOB (Free On Board) Casablanca or Tangier Med Port; CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) to agreed destination port; CFR (Cost and Freight). Risk of loss transfers to the buyer in accordance with the applicable Incoterm. Transit times are indicative: Southern Europe 2–3 days; Northern Europe 5–7 days; Middle East Gulf 10–14 days; US East Coast 10–12 days.
Atlas Agro Trade SARL undertakes to supply products meeting specifications agreed in the commercial contract. Quality standards, grade, packaging, and labeling requirements must be specified before order confirmation. Pre-shipment inspection certificates are available upon request. Any quality claims must be submitted in writing with supporting documentation within 5 business days of receipt.
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure products comply with all applicable import regulations of the destination country, including phytosanitary requirements, MRLs, labeling regulations, and import licensing. Atlas Agro Trade SARL provides standard export documentation but shall not be liable for costs incurred due to the buyer's failure to verify import compliance requirements.
Neither party shall be liable for failure or delay due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, governmental acts, war, pandemic, port closures, extreme weather events, or crop failures. The affected party must notify the other in writing within five (5) business days of the occurrence.
Atlas Agro Trade SARL's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in dispute. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profit or market losses.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rabat, Morocco, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written arbitration agreement.

A proforma invoice is a preliminary document issued by Atlas Agro Trade SARL prior to shipment. It details the product specifications, quantities, unit prices, total value, Incoterms, and payment terms agreed between both parties. It serves as the formal basis for your purchase order and payment arrangement.
To receive a proforma invoice, submit an inquiry specifying your product requirements, volume, destination port, and preferred Incoterms. We will respond within 2–3 business days.
Request Proforma Invoice →The commercial invoice is the official billing document issued upon shipment. It includes final quantities, prices, company registration details (ICE/RC), and full banking information for payment.
Issued at time of shipment, after order confirmation and cargo inspection. Accompanied by packing list, certificate of origin, phytosanitary certificate, and bill of lading.
All commercial invoices are issued and signed exclusively by Mr. Sidi Achraf Hammouch, Manager of Atlas Agro Trade SARL (RC: 195645, ICE: 003878937000086).
Payments not received by the due date specified on the commercial invoice will incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance. Atlas Agro Trade SARL reserves the right to suspend future shipments pending full resolution. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Courts of Rabat, Morocco under Moroccan law.
